How To Find Your Mentor for Sub To, Seller Finance & Wraps (Part 1 of 4 )

Investing in real estate has a lot of moving parts. Finding a property that is worth buying properly and turning it into a profitable investment, is key to your success.

Because buying a property is a complex transaction and you want to protect your investment, you have a few options in learning the processes:

  1. You can read books, watch youtube and go to investors groups and over time ( a couple of years) you will have most of what you need to know How To Invest.
  1. You can work for a successful investor and get paid while you learn. This has the advantage of “hands on training” and paying the bills.
  1. You can hire a coach that takes you through a transaction from start to finish so you learn the tricks of the trade. This is usually a single transaction and you get the feel for what needs to be done to invest. It’s partial training.
  1. You can “wing” it, read a few posts and do a “knowledge as needed approach”. This is called “on the job training” and because of the complexities of real estate investing, this tends to be much more risky and some key components get missed.

This works in CA TX AZ FL IN OH TN AR GA and remotely in VA NY IL & others
