Just got back to work and was talking with a co worker who I haven’t seen in months.

I want to get my Colorado real estate agent's license because Colorado has reciprocity with all 50 states.

So i would need to use potential income from the units to qualify for the loan or im guessing have a co-sign.

Last year we went through the Co-op program for Graphic Designers to assist with marketing.
