Tax Delinquent, Foreclosure, & Pre-Foreclosure LISTS

I have been attempting to acquire my county's tax delinquent and pre-foreclosure lists with NO LUCK. Ever since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic I have not been granted access to physically go to any of my county's courthouses and clerks office's. I have been vigorously searching the internet, specifically google and my county's courthouse website for these lists, again with no luck at all. Does anybody have some tips and tricks to acquire such lists that I have not mentioned. Also, for those of you who also use these lists; how do you get them? and how often do you get them?
