The vet clinic wants to expand the building at their cost into the drive thru area as they don't need the drive thru. 

I'm not sure of the local job market etc, but maybe someone who wants to save on rent would pay a couple hundred a month to bring in their camper/RV/Travel Trailer to stay in the area for cheap...that's about it I think.  

Guests typically understand that more people mean additional supplies, wear and tear, etc.As for your new cleaning fee, is it comparable to similar properties in your area?

In that scenario even though the given professional might have a heavy amount of experience in a handful of jurisdictions, they have someone on their team that they can pull in for areas they aren't familiar with. 

This should include which areas you can access, what hours you can work, and any safety measures you’ll take.

I think they also need to be located in desirable, urban areas with strong rental demand, which can make finding tenants easier.
