Quickly establish WRITTEN policies and procedures to ensure consistent service for every client or customer.

Therefore, the goals I have for using my license are to fill in that downtime by acting as a broker.

Still trying to figure that one out :-)This point was really crystalized last year in a thread.. nice young couple in I think Slidel LA  .. they went on and on how they were getting leads but had not closed any deals because sellers would not come down. but they got their good friend the real estate broker a half a dozen listings.. so I am thinking man you spend all this money to get these leads then hand them to a broker.. and we all know brokers by law cant pay non licensed individuals referral fees.. 

I bought 1 duplex with a partner who's a local broker in Milwaukee.

There is a broker who is really aggressive.  

Full disclosure I am a Broker and a Realtor in PA. and I think a good Realtor will help sell the property. 

In general, the larger the project, the more you'll realize the benefits of modular, especially with custom.

I mean 74 mortgage brokers should know and the person who runs the CE class is highly experienced..  

I’m a full time real estate agent and just passed my brokers test and applied for multiple licenses so that I can open a property management company.  

I would talk to CRE broker or see what other developments are going up nearby.
