About me: I am in another industry today--Technology sales--but Ive owned properties and rentals in my past.

I have a technology background & recently just became a commercial drone pilot, however I want to become my own boss and invest in myself. 

One more thing - do any of you work for KW and if so, I know they offer websites and a mobile app in their technology package but does KW have its own CRM software like Podio, RealGeeks, etc.?

Having a strong technology background I found BiggerPockets during one of my searches and immediately joined.

My formal training is as an software engineer and I enjoy applying technology and numbers to real estate.I look forward to meeting new people and if there are any questions I can answer I will certainly try.

I am a geek living in St Paul, MN, who has been managing computer technologies in the real estate arena.

The advantage of being a MHP broker is that technology has not caught up with this niche yet.

I am a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and I have been doing construction all my life, so I have pretty good knowledge of the construction side of things, but not so much on the real estate/development side. 

Technology is a wonderful thing ... you can build your investment model into excel or other such tool to automatically do the analysis to back into the numbers you care about.

I am a graduate of a Building Design Technology program and I work as a Draftsperson for a large house and condo development company where I am also a Project Manager in training.
