Entire inside was in need of a neutral paint job (every room was painted a different neon color?!)

Until a local lawyer takes your case you will have your lack of knowledge colored by a bunch of guesses from others who know even less. 

DONE  no up sell no talking to a salesmen.. the price is the price there are a few extras you can go for like the higher performance  nicer rims different colors and different color interiors but again you choose them right on the computer. 

Its not on the historical registry,  but it does have a documented colorful history.

I am a W-2 employee Mortgage Broker on track to make $130k this year (incase this adds any color to my situation!).

Could use some decorations that add character and some pops of color as well. 

Not the best color options at times, but a good product. 

forget about being an investor for the time being.. you have no money you have no reserves .if you want in the game go work in the business.. you can get your RE license and your age be an assistant work on a team get paid to learn your craft in a few years you can then start to invest.this is how i personally did it got my license at 18 took 6 months to make a dime but that first 900.00 commish in 1975 was HUGE lol.. never looked back.. not been all wine and roses thats for sure. but its a solid way to start.. 

I like going to open houses because, for instance, I walked into this particular open house and I could immediately tell what was going on with the house, and after a few questions with the selling agent, I really had a good picture of the situation (in that instance, the home wasn't old but had terrible paint colors and trim. 

I think that's what this is from the color of the crack.
