Be professional, carry yourself in a mature manner and be methodical in your ventures.

If you're not doing anything structural, changing out plumbing or electrical or hvac you should be able to finish up cosmetics in a week maybe two at the most in one unit.

Sometimes the simpliest marketing methods work the best.
