Do you have reserves for your personal living expenses in the event the process takes longer and/or you aren't able to recoup as much of the invested capital as expected on the refinance?

I want to create a new checking account to keep all my house income expenses separate from personal expenses.

Personally, I've known mobile home park owners with this challenge when trying to find smaller mobile homes to fill their lots.

What are your creative ideas and best items you put in your STR that customers rave about in reviews or you think help get more bookings? 

We can't tell who the person is that's offering this to you.  

I could also take the money from another source, but wouldn't be able to carry the 2 mortgages on personal loan I don't think.

At that point I owned the lot but not the MH since the MH was considered personal property. 

One tenant however, did refer to having their rent pro-rated by the number of days that the situation would last.There is a clause in both their leases that they are responsible to carry renters insurance to protect their personal belongings against fire, theft, flood, loss of use etc. 

If title was held in your personal name this would still be happening. 

I had personal ties to the area and saw the potential in this once blighted property.
