And, depending on your water source, a well permit and quarterly testing for the Brevard Health Department.All the permits total around $500/year.I own several units in the Melbourne Beach/Space Coast area so I'm familiar with the local laws if you need some more info

The only annoying thing is that I collect additional information that cozy doesn't (references, bank info, etc.) which means I have a paper application + cozy.FWIW, I've allowed small dogs and cats in my unit but say they're negotiable...I don't want to disqualify an otherwise excellent tenant because they have an animal.

There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).
