Plenty of people join the group oriented ones and swear they love being part of a “community”.So, it just depends what you are looking for, being part of a community, or actually buying properties.

We all love the idea of the elusive off market deal, but if you are just a person who buys real estate rather than someone who has a real estate business, don't get cute.

I feel ready to jump in to my next deal and love the thought of a triplex, but I know there are risks involved; especially since I don't know what I don't know.
