New here, just saying hi

Good afternoon everyone! I just joined BP yesterday so I'm brand new here. There is a whole lot to dig into but I figured I'd start with introducing myself as that was suggested. My name is Btz (sounds like beats) and I'm a new flipper in the Worcester area. I have a lot of home renovation experience and along with 2 of my buddies, we have decided to team up and start flipping houses. We've been on the hunt for 2 months or so now and I am looking at properties most days but we haven't had anything develop as of yet. I'm going to look at 3 more properties tomorrow and after getting a better handle on numbers in the last few days, we should be putting in some offers very shortly! We are looking for houses that are real rough and need pretty much everything but I'm staying away from homes with major structural issues which I have run into quite a bit so far. I did find one property that I would love to work on but I know it's going to get a lot of offers as it's the perfect flip so fingers crossed!
