@Adrie Moses-bailey To be clear:The assocition is typically responsible for 'common" plumbing, inside a common wall, etc.You are responsible for interior plumbing, toilet feed line, sink feed lines, etc. 

I say the aforementioned because agents and investors have gotten more frequently been pricing properties at the bottom or middle of the market to create a feeding frenzy with buyers.  

Incredible article and he's feeding this information up the line to anyone else that thinks they want to live rent free.

I keep it simple and used this:a) mortgage and interest b) property taxc) insurance D) HoA and other utilities / feeds E) property Mgmt feeF) 15% of rental price The some of above monthly cost is my all in cost.

I'm sure there are several levels of construction projects but I was curious to any resources or feed back that anyone can share about their experiences. 

@Claire Rosenberg I use a Craigslist search and have the feed connected directly into Podio.

Most of the crime is black on black and the agitators that feed off of this stuff are making a lot of money.

There are pockets of Golf Manor that are better than certain pockets of Pleasant Ridge.All feed into the same school district.
