But the rehab process takes me about 2-3 years to finish because i work Full time and only have weekends off to rehab. is this a good idea or am i wasting my time or is there a better alternative?

The first year was obviously the kicker, took me six months to close my first deal and only ended up closing four more properties to finish the year.

I was very happy with the results, but I am sure the person doing the work makes a huge difference in finished product.

Other people looked at it in disgust but I can look past the junk and see the finished project to determine profitability.
