. ;-)You are both right it has been proven (Source is unimportant) that Yellow letters are most effective when received +/- 24hrs of a Crescent moon and Postcards when +/- 24hrs of the Full moon.In an instance of a Blue Moon you want to make sure that is when your "Bulky" mail in a handwritten invitation envelope (Some debate over "Cream" or "Ivory") should hit.

I also had a job with flexible hours and was inspired to reupholster furniture and re-sell it for more. i didn't know how to do this, but felt I had good taste so I called every reupholstery shop in the phone book until I found one shop willing to let me work for free for them so I could learn.

I'm not a fan of weathered and torn jeans or distressed wood furniture either. :-)

I ended up selling it to the owner occupant and closed last Friday.Everyone knows that you can find good deals in cars, furniture, etc. on craigslist from people that simply do not want the item any longer.

Providing furniture, linens,towels, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. is just too much work to interest me.

My PM is informing me that I have to foot the bill- but it sounds kind of strange as the furniture is not mine. 

After our interesting discovery of the mystery furniture in the last house, we're hoping to at least identify any oddballs that show up on this job.

If these weren't free I probably wouldn't bother but I have a couple of rooms of furniture that I may furnish the mobile with, stage it so to speak and well see how it goes.

Some send magnets, pens, keychains or some bulky item with their Broker name and contact infor I guess to keep them top of mind with the customer.
