@Kathleen Carnegie-Grant while you shouldn't use the automated valuations from any sites, you can use Redfin in Atlanta to good success as they are connected to the MLS and will generally have very recent data.

From a time standpoint buying the mass list and hoping for the best is probably your best bet but in terms of value, I think driving for dollars is the way to go.I think the scalable part is tricky, but as you get more successful you can hire someone to drive for you (if you can trust their judgement) and their are new systems to help automate driving for dollars which should free up some time.

She forwarded me buyers so i can start my own buyers list, so i have that, i have access to the MLS, i can start an automated search sent to me so i can then analyze them and try to get them under contract so i can pitch them, but heres is my dilemma,  how do i pitch a deal i cant seem to understand if its a good deal to pitch or not?
