I see former players in the DST/syndicated real estate from the 2000's coming back to the industry under different business names, and some of their prior work was less than stellar.

Some lenders are Personal recourse / non-reported and some are business recourse fully reported.

I would suggest shadowing an experienced broker, learning the ropes of the business, and challenge yourself to do the hardest files.

Yes, there is a plethora of leases floating around the internet, but if you want to manage your property properly, it requires a lease agreement that fits the way you want to do business and helps you to cover costs, avoid liabilities, and increase revenue.
