I also use ONE paint color for every wall in the house, a neutral off white/pale tan color, this way with multiple units, retouches are easy.Personally I LOVE color.

The Dunedin Causeway is beautiful, but it pales in comparison to what we locals consider an actual beach.On the other hand, Clearwater Beach just to the south is in high-demand (with the price points to match), but we locals would never go there.

I did Finance but don't have any comments on the electives.In terms of price, they probably aren't the cheapest but the couple hundreds bucks you spends pales in comparison in terms of the amount of money you can make in real estate.
