Figuring out a lock system

I bought a duplex last year and I'm getting ready to move out and into another purchase soon. I'm trying to figure out how I should be setting up the locks, because I haven't changed them since the last tenant moved out after the purchase. There's 5 doors to consider, so this is just a puzzle I'm trying to figure out and I'll try to explain this the best I can, but hopefully the image below helps.

The front door and basement door both have keyed handles and deadbolts. There are two other doors that provide access to the garage, but these only have keyed handles with no deadbolts. Then there's the garage door with a keyed handle.

I'm thinking of getting keyless, coded deadbolts for the front and basement doors, and forget about keying those handles. For the back and side doors, I was thinking that I'd use Landlord Locks for those and key them the same. I'm not sure about the garage door yet, so I'd love any input. I figure that this would go from 4 keys down to two, with two codes for deadbolts. Does this sound like a good idea? Or should I just stick with landlord locks for everything?
