I suspect they will be in the $60k to $65k range for 2024 and the difference is market wide.i can look at airdna and see guest count is down.

Unless a tenant plowed a hole in the foundation or siding, or just left the doors wide open all hours of the day, one would be hard pressed to say they caused a rodent infestation.

My thought is: I find one worth the money in the $10-12k range, buy it outright, live in it (in the park) for about a year until I save enough to get another one, then rent out the first one.
