Not sure if you have found a VA to help with our campaigns, however I have worked with a number of VAs that do the grunt work of setting up direct mail campaigns for investors and most of the time they need permission before making any decisions since it involves money.

Those assumable VAs were gold if you could find them but you had to have the balance in cash and FHA required larger down payments, 10% min if i remember on FHA.The US Government has a huge hand in balancing the housing market and since it is central to our Economy (see 2008) they do there best to keep it hopping.

Also, you can integrate Podio and other software, in this case...Lob.com using Zapier for the automation. then you can have your VAs which you can hire from Upwork.com or Odesk.com (to name a few).
