Using a VA for SEO, Facebook ads, etc

Good morning, BP folks! Wondering if anyone out there uses a VA for their SEO, content marketing, online ad campaigns, etc? Recommendations? Things to avoid?

We've started talking to some local companies but so far have had good luck with VAs with other online tasks and thinking this could be the less expensive route with the same results.

Grateful for any opinions/suggestions.
