Does anyone share their Virtual Assistant training/templates?

Hi all. I saw this post on (Tim Ferriss' website) and it offers some templates for sending emails to your Virtual Assistants. http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2010/11/02/virtual-assistants/

I wondered if anyone (here, or in guru land) shares their own templates that they use to train their VAs? Many of us do the same things (pulling leads from listsource, using click2mail, etc.) so I figure plenty of people have materials already developed to train their VAs. Why invent the wheel?

Anyone?
