A lot of these lots are triangles or sections between homes.. so besides leasing them to neighbors... what are other exit strategies?

We are toying with the idea of this too but are 2-3 years away from pulling the trigger on something but have looked in the Manistee/Traverse City/Cadillac triangle and there are some great buys still in that area.

(yes I know this is not how the appraisal is done, just looking for rough estimate of finished value.)Half the value makes perfect sense, as an attic triangle is only half of the volume of a square room.
