Exit strategies for residential land... besides building a home?
What are some exit strategies for residential land... besides building a home?
I have recently been looking into purchasing small sections or lots that are near residential homes that are being sold off (super cheap). A lot of these lots are triangles or sections between homes.. so besides leasing them to neighbors... what are other exit strategies?
