Property close to an area that a builder will start throwing up homes. 

I know people are throwing out things like storage, etc, but it it's only one acre and there is a 70 ft ROW and rest of it is in a gulley, I don't really see how useable it could be.

I'm pretty sure the numbers all look great for when the project is completed, but then again, I'm just some dude reading the internet and throwing my life savings around like I'm at the roulette table!

I'm glad people are publicizing his crimes, hopefully it will save others from throwing their money away. 

With the single-family, duplex or small multi family I just throw it out the window and not even consider it. 

That being said, labor is a huge pain there so contractors are having to throw a ton of money at it.

I’d like to throw this out there and get everyone’s thoughts on this.
