I am a 24 year old who's employed in the CAF and looking to getting into real estate, more specifically BRRRR.After looking online for quite some time I've noticed how high Canadian real estate is and I wonder if it is even worth getting into.

I was just reading Mark's book "The Tax & Legal Playbook" this morning and it specifically had a "critical warning" (page 31&32 in Chapter 3).

Group training sessions do not deal with specifics that lead to lawsuits.

Maybe in the future you might see sellers request bitcoin or a bitcoin based crypto currency specifically for real estate transactions. 

Where specifically in this area you are looking to invest? 

Right now evaluating potential markets, I'd like to find one to focus on for my first 3 properties (building knowledge in a specific market). 

I do NOT have enough knowledge or experience in this arena to provide specific “how to” accomplish this, or even to provide specific”proof” of my position.
