I also would not sign up for any website that charges a sign-up fee.

They also have an awesome self-service tour schedule signup page that is included through your listing.

I have since needed to hire a new CPA and he is saying that I cannot use the remaining 5 & 7 year buckets as 100% bonus depreciation and that they can only be used as accelerated depreciation which helps a little but I tax planned and strategized based on being able to use100% bonus.

I got introduced to Tax Liens through this company but beware, their goal is to get you to sign up for their training programs which can be up to $35,000.  

The standard agreement is going to be redrawn because of the settlement, so we will see what's in the new agreement, but I doubt there will be any requirement to show or sign up buyers without compensation.  

Bonus if you buy solo, it will now be recognized and we can use our seller concessions to buy down our rate or whatnot.
