I would have to agree with Expert,While it may be time consuming and not have immediate results, dominating your local market through SEO has been working quite well for me.

I've heard good things about SEO but have no experience with it and knno little about it. 

Improve their website SEO.

All of these having a trickle-down effect with regard to google authority on any/all of our SEO activities.

My site with forced registration is not as SEO friendly.

They do some things really well (SEO, Social Media, email blasts, mailers, etc) but it takes a lot to keep them busy with tasks that teach them something.

I am thinking this would build my online presence as well as boost my SEO for my site.

Even though I know a great deal about SEM and SEO, it's better for me to outsource that work.

Make it credible, work on SEO and while you organically rank that site you do paid marketing like facebook ads or PPC.This you need to do without question.I did this almost 5 years ago and now I am buying houses for  10% ARV and all leads come in on autopilot, automatic 100% free and extremely motivated.Actually, just yesterday I told a motivated seller to go climb a tree and kiss my ***, because he felt like he had the right to be rude.

Obviously wholesalers are welcome but we'd also like to connect with attorneys and investor friendly agents as well.I'm very well versed in web design and SEO, so I'd be happy to offer up any advice on that topic to anyone interested.
