I'd be interested in what insight you can provide as I've heard rumors that things are "beginning" to turn around.  

Like @Sherief Elbassuoni said it really depends on the deal.But... there is a lot of industrial development happing in Marysville/Arlington - rumor is that Amazon is building a 5-story 2.2m s.f. warehouse just south of the Arlington airport.

@Steve Crim rumors of Lake Conroe starting to limit STRs so make sure you do your due diligence.

Even Kraft, owner of the Patriots, is rumored to want to partner with Khan on the development.

Also, rumor has it that property taxes are due for a hike sometime in the next 2 years, any confirmation?

She bought it cash with a lawsuit settlement and I do not think she has the $ the pay the taxes and has a new BF, rumor.   

As far as the rumors surrounding Oceanpointe, I haven't heard anything of the sort.

As far as I've seen, many of the major plans that have been rumored throughout Casa Grande over the years don't always quite work out as expected.

Rumor has it, there are 200 - 300 electricians on that job site alone.
