We do have a $25/hr charge for really difficult situations... in 5 years we only charged it during the recovery of hurricane Ian.

So far, FTF has performed as advertised and I get timely and thorough reports on status for each project with financials, progress, risk profile and photos.There is a bit more risk associated with these one-off investments, however the low entry makes that more tolerable.

For instance, I'm great at finance and project management while I'm a work in progress for construction knowledge.
