I filed the eviction, completed everything, and the judge granted us possession. 

He hasn’t moved any furniture in yet, just took possession of the keys.

It's similar to wholesaling only they are taking possession...and then letting them sit instead. 

Hopefully that clock started ticking when you signed the contract, not when you were due to take possession.

The tenant on the side we intend to live on got booted by PM the day before we took possession.

They are given 1st position on the property, so should anything go wrong, they can take possession of the property and get most if not all of their money backHard Money + Partnership - You and your partner form an entity. 

It looks like you’ve done everything correctly, as long as the locks were changed at or after the eviction as specified when the Writ of Possession was served.

And we still had our keys..... so i dont really know where WE broke the lease when we still had possession of the property and were still paying rent....
