You or your agent should let them know you are patient and are happy to sit tight to see what the banks valuation is and if the short sale works out for you.

It took me 6 months to find a good one in East Austin.Make offers based on the numbers, make offers and be patient.

My words of advice, be patient and don't settle, keep educating and go outside your comfort zone to learn what you don't want to but what you need to.
