Buyer's agent needed in Eugene, OR
Hello fellow real estate enthusiasts and professionals.
I have been a dedicated lurker of the BiggerPockets forums for a couple of years now. What a tremendous resource, full of generous and knowledgeable people! My hat is off to everyone that contributes to this wonderful community.
I am in the early stages of planning a relocation to Eugene Oregon. My wife and I have visited the area, and spent some time looking at property. Naturally, we have many questions and uncertainties at this point. Questions, that I feel are better answered by a local professional.
I would humbly like to request a recommendation for a good (patient) buyer's agent, that would assist in guiding me through the specifics of the Eugene real estate market and help my wife and I find a home that is a sound long-term investment. We plan on relocating and starting to build a rental portfolio as we learn the area and the quirks of the Eugene market.
Thanks very much in advance, I appreciate any and all responses.
