Same friend also buys old laptops at the thrift store, refurbishes them with whatever they need and re-sells them.  

Put a laptop computer in there.I think that about covers half of it.

I'm not sure what your demographics are like where it is located, but with the increase in people working remote jobs off laptop, having a separate office space is fantastic.

I have gotten pictures of a completed application but have been struggling to figure out a way to get my document as something they can fill out on a phone or laptop and just send back.
