I'd recommend the 90 day intention journal by Brandon Turner, it helps especially with those DAILY tasks that get you closer to your monthly/yearly goals.

Journal Square, Bergen or even Downtown would be great options.

I have gotten on the forums of Bigger Pockets, on July 19th, 2020, in my response to reading a story in the Wall Street Journal, on July 2020, that real estate will rise in value, in the next decade, due to U.S.

And am continually reading the Wall Street Journal, doing so since April 2020, on this virus, for developments with it.

I am getting, through the Wall Street Journal, in this summer 2020, is that the effects of the COVID-19 virus invading the U.S. in 2020, has the U.S. entering a Recession.
