First Time to Try Goal Setting with KPIs

For several days now, I have been trying to distinguish my "Lead Measures" from my "Lag Measures".  It's got me pretty confused.  What I have here in yellow are what I think are my  best Lag Measures.  In green are my Lead Measures.  Some things are hard for me to quantify, in particular the KPIs around raising capital.  so if any of you have done this and have ideas for either different or better quantifiable indicators, I'd really appreciate your help.  Also, please let me know if something looks completely ridiculous :-) I want to be able to translate this into daily activities that will move me toward my goals!  I may also post this in the BP Money Facebook Group for additional input.  TIA!
