Maybe seeing that this is not an isolated problem, the Senator can exert some influence to get the education impact fees removed.Currently the school districts are getting away with charging impact fees. 

With all the extra time I keep investing in growing my real estate investing and buying knowledge.I have been thinking this might be the perfect time to start my real estate course and be ready for my realtor exam when self-isolation lifts.What do you all think?   

The "wait and see" approach is smart since no one knows how long this isolation or stay at home phase will last.

Population not high risk AT ALL and in non-urban universities you have a perfect environment for keeping mostly young people self contained and away from older at risk folks, and isolating/tracing and using online and video if necessary to augment classroom learning is already mostly set up.
