I built a 100 home project in Lafayette Oregon called Lafayette plantation  and we could not make fire flow.. so I had to run a 12 inch water line almost a mile to tie into our system to make fire flow.. that was maybe 200k back in the day.. so still cheaper than sprinklering the whole project.

Seeing as we are in the heart of the slow season, it is to be expected to see a slowdown in the fall/winter, and with the housing market slowing down both nationally and locally, the DOM is inching up.

The home ownership rate honestly doesnt change tall that much. 

Install new tile and decorative backsplash in both bathrooms (2ndfloor and basement) install new toilets (2) and two new 24-inch vanities with faucets.

Theoretically it makes sense.I have a few units with extra storage and the tenants always end up using every inch of it. 

then went on to tall me about a bush pilot that got killed by a grizz he would jog up and down the back country runways.. and one nailed him.. 

You can build a tall wall for $5B.

The one on the left is horribly out of balance with the house and the two on the right are too tall and too far apart.

It’s literally a 9 inch scratch.
