I have not had bed bugs, but I've read plenty of stories of other hosts who have.

For the cost of ONE lead, you can get a good website going and score UNLIMITED leads for free (or at least for the price of hosting).Guys be smart!

For example, I've taken into account house hacking, SFH investing, multis, STR, co-hosting, wholesaling, and syndications.

Prob a good idea which is why I recently added one after hosting the property over 3 years.

However, I am intrigued by the STR market and would like to connect to see if I could add value to someone in their business or help (Co-Host) managing their STR.

There are a lot of real estate meetups/groups that you can find happening in NYC and surrounding areas with a quick google search - I actually host a small one every month as well you're welcome to attend to network with folks. 

The STRategic Investor does a meet-up in Atlanta that is made up of a number of North GA STR hosts.
