Appraiser won't get back to us.Oh by the way, the loan processor calls me to apologize and tells me that these 3rd party appraisers get paid each time they come out so it is in their best interest to keep the repair list vague so there is some leeway to add additional items.Is this harassment?

They have no intention of paying the mortgage, no interest in curing or saving the house, no interest in listing and selling on the MLS- they just want to be done with the bank's harassment and the entire situation.

Even if you go through all the hassle of small claims court you still can't force payment if they can "prove" they just don't have money.If you can find a collection agency that is still even willing to take on rental debt they will harass the former tenants on your behalf for a hefty cut of whatever they collect .

Long story short my HOA manager is harassing me saying we are subletting the property, which is not allowed, and continually sending threatening letters or setting up meetings that I cannot attend due to school obligations.

About frequency of inspections.... if you do so too often, it could be construed as intrusive or even harassment.
