I think most on copy to this thread can agree to be on the same page concerning the "promise" of WLI: double your money, double your fun by pulling a loan on this huge lump some of cash you've pulled out of other markets and "invested" into WLI so that you have the privilege of taking out a loan of X% on your own money.

if you can hang in there, things quiet down and the only thing you are doing is depositing the checks. that's the fun time. :)at the end of the day, tenants just want to be left alone and make sure you are taking care of the needed repair requests.
