Hi all! My name is Paul and I'm the Director of Marketing for Oakwood Management Company, the largest PM in Central Ohio and Columbus with 12K+ residential units under management. 

I hope to share helpful insights as it relates to marketing as well as network with investors/owners in Ohio and the greater Midwest. 

Fun fact: My introduction to multifamily was founding an app that was coined 'Tinder for Finding Roommates.' We received some cool press early on and had over 60K users, but it never really went anywhere beyond that. It was a fun time.
