If was escrow funds from a home I sold it was a pretty nice check almost 10k so it was a great find but I remember thinking who would have known this is the department to check for forgotten money

The big one that I had forgotten about was the rules on using business space for personal use, in this case a quad with one of the owners renting one unit out.  

Sadly, I've probably already forgotten a lot more.

Rural Area outside of Atlanta, GAI have been listening to bigger pockets, reading as much as I can on the internet, and watched HGTV in preperation for the big day when I find a real estate deal......Well, I think that deal just fell into my lap and all of a sudden I seem to have forgotten everything I thought I was soaking up.  

So during my Drive for Dollars yesterday I found a property that basically looks like it was forgotten about.  

To me it looks like there is one key point you have forgotten. 

Perhaps I had forgotten to hit save. 

These tasks can range from cycling in calls or texts on particular days that otherwise you as the agent may have forgotten.

Single family homes were the rage during Covid, so condos got forgotten, but I don't think that will always be the case.

Perhaps people have forgotten what happen to many investors in Phoenix and Las Vegas in 2008/2009.
