Bad news travels fast and sticks around for a long, long time until it is flushed out.

You will likely have to shut off the valve under the toilet tanks, most flush valves leak too much and won't allow you to build pressure in the rest of the system.  

Just seems like it takes away from the overall crispness of the kitchen the the doors are not flush.

That can include requesting you turn in the sales contract of your existing property which somewhere in all of that paperwork the Sub2 idea will be flushed out and I would guess it would cause a rejection on any new loan.  

By low balling, you've flushed out their number and you counter back with that number.

While they are flush with cash during tax time, you have to ensure they can continue paying rent normally the rest of the year.

You hope for the best and realize that it is likely to happen, but after getting burned and seeing the nastiness of the business you learn how to protect yourself as much as possible too.I have seen people flush their whole life savings, lend money without knowing what they were doing and get screwed, screw over their partners, etc.

The algorithm we (and/or I, personally) use implements a multiplicative attribute screening function that eliminates borrowers and/or deals that haven't thought out or flushed out the details of their project.

Your worst case scenario now is that the occupier flushes a bag of concrete down the toilet or burns the place to the ground.
