Typically in Mexico, an American would pay with cash as we do not use the same banking systems (your credit is no good there. :) and US Banks won't generallly loan on foreign properties.

I´m from Monterrey Mexico, as many mexicans I have a lot of relatives in Texas, a few months ago one of my uncles passed away and my aunt is selling some of the properties she has, becausse she doesnt want to manage them, one of them is a small comercial center (9 spaces) and I´m trying to see if there´s a way for me to get a loan and purchase the propertyIt costs $1.1 million usd with a potencial of $108,600 usd in yearly rents, actually it has a 85% occupancy and gets $93,000 usd in yearly rentsthanks a lot in advance
