I will go by on my way to work and check on them and check on them after work (sometimes at lunch), but generally the people that I work with have my cell and call me if there is a problem.I haven't see my insurance agent in a few years, I have an electrician I have used for years, and same with a plumber,,,they aren't the cheapest, but they are honest and I trust their judgement, if they have an issue at a property they just call me.Most of us you have to work full time to be able to continue to qualify for loans,,,I have discussed cutting back on my fulll time schedule in 2014 to spend more time with my rentals, and possible a flip or two.andy

If you open the google doc that is there they want your name, e-mail address and cell phone and complete address of your residence.These are the classic symptoms of a phishing attack and open you up to identity theft.

But not a bad rate..If he doesn't want to drop pre-payments and you really want the financing (and you plan on holding), try to negotiate a declining prepayment penalty for the first few years when you expect it will have no impact on you.If he's trying to invest money 30 years at 6% secured by real estate, send him my contact info and I'll give him a nice fat note secured by my CA property and give him pre-payment penalties for the first 10-15 years..

I turn my cell phone off at night ;) We've shown the tenants in our SFRs how to turn off the water if anything like that happens, not that they'd remember to do it in an emergency.

I would suggest setting up a Google Voice account at least for your marketing efforts so that you do not share out your cell phone number.
