Just starting out and need some help

I've found a few properties in the North Houston area that I'm ready to make an offer on. Hopefully I can pick up one of them because the cash flows should be pretty nice. In the area of 8-12% cash on cash returns. I'm looking for some PM companies to run the rental for me. Work has me out of town a lot and not always with the best of cell service. If anyone has worked with some PM companies that operate in Houston, some feedback/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
