Last thoughts on being a GC, if you have a track record, it's very encouraging for investors to partner with you as you have skin in the game and can show them previous projects you completed successfully.

I would encourage your daughter to take the training just do not let her try to get out of it later as it really is beneficial but can be too real for some too handle at first.

I would caution and encourage you to look into the general cost of living difference from where you currently live and where you are looking to move.
