Good advice, @Joe Villeneuve     We are doing the buy and hold on STR vacation rentals, so no "flip-accumulation" for us though...we'll pay down the mortgages with the cash flow, make each one self-sustaining and keep the extra cash flow in the LLC account and let it accumulate (Maybe for unit 4 or 5 down payment?).

@Alanna Schroeder has excellent hosting tips and hacks on her blog at The Distinguished Guest, including a Hospitality Guide and Communications Guide.And as much as I hate labels on the light switches myself, I recently learned that for some guest personalities, those small labels are what makes many guests happy, and they could care less about a a gift basket when they arrive.
